HIRE COLLECTION

ORDER CUT OFFS
Our weekly cut off for all orders are Thursdays 8:00PM.

DELIVERY
We deliver Auckland-wide on Saturdays only for a flat rate of $30.00, between 9AM - 3PM. Please make sure to select your preferred time slot in the checkout stage.

PICK UPS
Pickup from our boutique is also available — exact timing will be arranged via email upon order confirmation.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled up to 7 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup. Orders cancelled after this point will not be refunded.

THE FLOWER SHOP

PICK UPS & RETURNS
Standard pickup is from our boutique on Fridays, with returns due the following Monday.

If alternative dates are needed, please get in touch prior to booking to check availability.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were collected. Clients are responsible for any loss or damage during the hire period.

DELIVERY
We offer Auckland-wide delivery on Fridays and Saturdays, for a flat rate of $60.00.

Delivery is subject to availability and confirmed via email once your order is placed.

EXTENDED HIRE
Additional hire days are $30 per day and must be pre-approved, subject to availability. Late returns without notice may also incur this daily fee.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled up to 30 days before your scheduled pickup or delivery.

Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
