2. Sales and Orders
2.1. All orders placed through our Site are considered offers to purchase. By submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2.2. Products are made to order. We do our best to create and deliver products as described on the Site. Delivery times are indicated in our Service descriptions.
2.3. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase via our approved payment methods. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Returns and Refunds
3.1. Due to the customised and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
3.2. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
3.3. Refunds, when issued, will be processed using the original payment method.

4. Intellectual Property and Image Assets
4.1. All images, photographs, and other visual assets on our Site are the property of By Michellia.
4.2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any Content without our written consent.
4.3. Any user-submitted content (including comments and reviews) becomes non-exclusive and grants By Michellia permission to display and repurpose it on our Site and in marketing materials.

5. Delivery and Scheduling
5.1. We offer Auckland-wide deliveries every Wednesday and Saturday. To ensure Saturday delivery, orders must be placed by Thursday at 5:00 PM.
5.2. Delivery times and dates are provided as estimates; while we strive to meet these, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

6. User Responsibilities
6.1. You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. By Michellia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the inability to use our Services.
7.2. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Services that gave rise to the claim.
